Albin Randall & Bennett is seeking a well-trained, experienced, professional office administrative assistant.

Prior experience working in a professional services firm is highly desirable. Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite applications, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point, and the desire and aptitude to learn new software applications specific to the public accounting industry are essential. The position will be part of a team providing administrative support to all of the accountants in the firm. Superior client service, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task while ensuring accuracy and focus are crucial skills for adding to the success of the ARB administrative team.

Primary duties include: Preparation of client and firm deliverables such as proposals, presentations, marketing materials, reports, and spreadsheets; processing tax returns – from the receipt of workpapers, scanning, and preparation of client instruction letters, to assembly and shipping; formatting, proofing, drafting, and binding of financial statements; proofing and preparation of engagement letters, representation letters, and management letters; and various administrative support functions throughout the firm including mail distribution, ordering and maintaining office supplies, greeting clients, and answering multi-line phones. Excellent grammar, proof-reading, and written and oral communication skills are a must.

Position requires the availability to work overtime and most Saturdays during January-April.
