David has decades of experience in financial accounting, consulting and management advisory services for businesses throughout New England.

According to Cheri WPrintalker, CPA and Managing Principal of ARB, “This is a unique, in-house capability for us to support business owners who are ready to transition out of their business, but need guidance on planning and implementation – a process that can take years.” Walker explained that certified public accountants have the ability to provide a holistic approach to exit planning. “Not only will we help build and lead a team of financial and legal professionals, we use our finance and tax expertise to help businesses make smart decisions around timing their exit.”

Altus Exit Strategies guides business owners and their entire exit team – including attorneys, financial advisors, and other professional advisors on behalf of business owners – to a successful exit. As Members of the BEI Network of exit planning advisors, Altus employs a customizable Seven Step Exit Planning Process, ™ which is a comprehensive analysis of all of the factors that impact a business owner. Exit Planning addresses not only the succession aspect of leaving a business, but also a wide variety of other issues, including current and future planning with respect to personal financial stability, the business (its value, its employees, its position in the market), family contingency planning and more.
