Principal

Holly is the designated lead for ARB’s Accounting and Attest Group. She oversees ARB’s Quality Control Program over internal inspections and compliance with the AICPA quality control requirements. Holly has over 20 years of experience in public accounting and works extensively with manufacturers, commercial businesses, credit unions, and nonprofit organizations. She is well-informed on industry-specific accounting and attest needs and reporting requirements.Holly regularly educates ARB professionals on the changes and updates to AICPA standards. She counsels our clients on best practices within financial and consulting services. Barton D. Haag

Principal

Bart Haag joined ARB in 1996 and has over 22 years of experience in public accounting. Principal

David has over 25 years of experience in public accounting. He focuses primarily in financial accounting and consulting for real estate and construction, and manufacturing companies. Jason C. LeBlanc

Principal

Jason LeBlanc has extensive experience working with automotive and not-for-profit clients, providing accounting, compliance and consulting services.In his automotive accounting practice, Jason is an expert consultant in business operations and financing and has represented clients in over $400 million worth of automotive buy-sell transactions. He also consults with auto dealerships on compliance with federal regulations and develops internal audit functions and risk management processes. Jason remains active within the industry and frequently attends AutoCPA Group Auto Dealer Conferences.Jason also specializes in financial and compliance reporting for not-for-profits and works closely with organizations ranging from private schools to youth organizations and beyond. Cheri L. Walker

Managing Principal

Cheri Walker focuses on providing closely held businesses, including those with family dynamics, with financial accounting, income tax planning and business advisory services. She specializes in serving auto dealerships, credit unions and a variety of other businesses and serves as Managing Principal of ARB.In her 30 years of practice with ARB, Cheri has served some of northern New England’s largest auto dealership groups. She routinely provides consulting and guidance on dealership systems, acquisitions and dispositions of dealerships, as well as succession planning. Cheri has significant experience assisting auto dealerships in navigating manufacturer compliance issues, owner transitions and other industry-specific challenges.Cheri also focuses on serving credit unions by helping them meet rigorous regulatory and auditing requirements. Daniel P. Doiron

Principal

Dan is principal-in-charge for ARB’s tax group. He has over 30 years of experience in public accounting and has been with ARB since his college internship in January of 1986. He works extensively with corporations, partnerships, LLCs, estates, and trusts on tax compliance and planning matters. Dan has also structured business acquisitions and business sales from a tax perspective. He has written numerous articles, some of which have been published nationally by professional publications, and has developed and taught seminars on various tax topics.
